Product Structure:

1. The protective clothing is a one-piece structure consisting of a hat, jacket and pants.

Wearing Instructions:

1. The protective clothing must be inspected and checked for air pressure to ensure that there are no defects, and the protective clothing must be selected according to the purpose.

2. However, it is necessary to apply anti-fog agent to the goggles of protective clothing in accordance with the recommended instructions.

3. Choose two people "cooperative organization", that is, when wearing protective clothing, another person to help.

4. Underwear should be worn in protective clothing, at least, it is recommended to wear long sleeves and trousers, or long "underwear". Should consider wearing refractory underwear.

5. Remove personal items that may damage protective clothing, such as pens, badges, and jewelry.

6. Take off your shoes (this step can be omitted when wearing a protective suit with long rubber boots). Some long boots are not allowed to be worn outdoors.

7. Roll the trouser legs into stockings, so that you can easily put on the trouser legs and long boots of protective clothing.

8. If a self-contained air breathing device is used, check and install the device, complete all connections, and adjust according to the manufacturer's requirements. Do not wear a mask unless requested by the breathing device.

9. If using a snorkel air supply system, check and complete all connections and commissioning, unless the breathing apparatus requires, do not wear a mask.

10. Sit and put both legs in protective clothing.

11. Put both feet in the coat boot and pull down the splash guard on the boot. (Note: Work boots should be 1 to 2 larger than the usual boots, so that there is enough space to put the boots of the protective clothing protective sleeve into the boot.)

12. Open the air supply device, put on the mask, and make sure that the air supply system is working properly

13. Stand up and tie the inner belt, if any.

14. Put the arm and head into the protective clothing, close the zipper, and then close the zipper to cover.

15. Ask the assistant to check whether the zipper and the zipper cover are fully tightened, whether the view of the mask is clear, whether all air lines are tightly connected, and whether the protective clothing is in the best working condition.

Unloading Method

Follow these steps to take off protective clothing:

1. Leave the work site or "hot zone" when the protective clothing still has enough air to remove pollution safely and remove the protective clothing in time.

2. If the protective clothing is exposed to toxic chemicals, first detoxify properly, then remove the protective clothing.

3. Take off the protective clothing in the reverse order of wearing the protective clothing, and do not touch any areas on the protective clothing that may be stained with chemicals.

4. If possible, fully detoxify, clean, inspect and inspect the protective clothing for reuse.

5. If the protective clothing cannot be detoxified, the protective clothing should be discarded in a safe way.

Storage
