WHAT IS ENDURE® PANEL?

Endure® Panel is mainly suitable for various disinfection environments such as VHP disinfection, alcohol, serotonin wipe in clean room B-level areas such as biological products, blood products, vaccines, etc. It is a special panel for biological cleanrooms.

It is composited with rock wool, glass magnesium board, and aluminum honeycomb as the core material. The product has excellent performance and is suitable for all kinds of clean room projects with strict indoor environment requirements. It is an ideal clean room enclosure material and can meet the professional needs of different industries. At the same time, it is also widely used in the food industry in terms of resistance to cleaning and oil stains.

Excellent chemical properties

• Resistance to 30% hydrogen peroxide test

The sample was immersed in 30% hydrogen peroxide solution and the mouth of the beaker was sealed, and the surface state was observed.

Test Results:

1. When immersed in 30% hydrogen peroxide solution at room temperature for 432h, the surface of Endure® has no obvious change;

2. In the hydrogen peroxide titration cup test, the tolerance of Endure® is 7.2 times that of PVDF.

• Resistance to 10% hydrochloric acid and 10% sodium hydroxide test

The samples were immersed in 10% hydrochloric acid and 10% sodium hydroxide solution respectively, and the surface state was observed.

Test Results:

1. When immersed in 10% hydrochloric acid solution at room temperature for 1208h, the surface of Endure® has no obvious change;

2. When 10% sodium hydroxide is dissolved in room temperature liquid for 1208h, the surface of Endure® has no obvious change.

Aesthetics

Endure® board has beautiful design and small color difference. The color difference of the same batch is △E＜0.3, and the color difference of different batches is △E＜0.5.

The color is matte shell white, the surface layer is matte design, the visual effect is good, the surface is uniform and delicate, and the gloss is 8-10 (normal color steel plate is 33-35).

How to match can make the clean room effect better?

In the actual case, we found that the choice of aluminum profile is also very important, and how to better match it is related to the overall clean room aesthetics. Therefore, after practical application and experimentation, we chose 2 aluminum profile colors.

1. Aluminum profile spraying, white sand texture color, gloss 9%, film thickness 70-85μm
