The system features dual tracks measuring up to 42 meters – the longest of their kind in China – providing optimal curing time during the PU foaming process and ensuring outstanding bonding strength and structural integrity. This advanced setup also enables the production of extra-thick panels up to 300 mm, meeting the stringent requirements of low-temperature applications. Committed to sustainable manufacturing, Wiskind utilizes an eco-friendly PU foaming process that completely eliminates traditional F11 and 141B foaming agents. This not only enhances foam quality but also achieves zero fluoride emissions, setting a benchmark for high-performance and environmentally responsible production.
