1. Cleanroom Doors Introduction

 After assembly and installation, the door sits flush with the wall for a clean, seamless appearance. A door sweep is installed at the base of the door to prevent dust entry, ensuring the door meets the strict hygiene requirements of various industries.

2. Production Method

The surface of the door plate is made from high-quality, spangle-free galvanized steel, which is precisely laser-cut and formed by stamping, bending and welding. All welds are smoothed and polished for smooth surface transitions, keeping each weld free of burrs and defects. Finally, the surface is finished with electrostatic powder coating. Alternatively, the door can be fabricated from 304 stainless steel, processed through grinding, cutting, folding, bending, polishing, and processing into one.

Our doors are typically filled with high quality frame retardant materials like paper honeycomb or aluminum honeycomb. Other materials can be provided on request.

One side of the door is fitted with three high-strength stainless steel hinges. The bottom is equipped with a lifting sweeping strip. One side of the door frame is also equipped with sealing strip can more accord with the requirements of air tightness and high cleanliness.

The observation cleanroom window is designed with tempered glass (typically 400 × 600 mm). Each seam is treated with silica gel, making them very tight and elegant in appearance.

3.Installation Guide

 Connect with middle word aluminum connector, then fix with self-tapping screw, seal with special silicone around the door frame, maintain integrity and aesthetics, pay attention to maintain the installation of horizontal and vertical degree.
