So is there a color that replaces white and gray in the clean industry, which is more high-end and more aesthetic?


Based on this idea, Wiskind and Baosteel jointly developed and launched HygiSteel™. The Nordic colorists customize the color to match the white glue color. In terms of gloss, it is 42.9% lower than white-gray, chromatic aberration control level is increased by 60%, and whiteness is increased by 4 units. 3. Accurately measure and control sheet metal forming, gluing, core filling, composite molding and finished palletizing.


* High-Precision Lamination: After processing, each panel is laminated inside a high-precision heated press. The panels are held in place by side clamps to ensure precise alignment.


* Improved Flatness: To achieve perfectly flat, precisely square panels, our machine presses each one individually with a steel mold. This method avoids the bending, distortion and deformation characteristic in multi-layer pressing.


*  Straighter Edges: Fixed side blocks hold the panels in place during pressing, preventing the steel facings from shifting. This ensures the plates are perfectly square and consistently proportioned, so joints align cleanly during installation.


* Consistent Thickness: During pressing, plate thickness is controlled by precision spacers. This technique ensures consistent thickness and a smooth plate surface after installation.


*Automated Adhesive Application: Our production line automatically applies high performance adhesive to each wall panel. Experimental data shows that, compared to traditional manual manufacturing systems, our new automatic production line increases bonding strength in rock wool panels by 50%, and doubles the strength in MgO boards. Our methods also increase flexural capacity in rock wool panels by 12% and in MgO boards by 37%


* Robotic Palletization: After assembly, a fully automated robotic arm stacks the panels with excellent efficiency and precision. The arm employs suction technology to lift each one gently, minimizing the risk of damage during handling.
